Also - Map is obviously of Chinese making. See how grand Mother Russia about same size as China? Not accurate. In reality, Russia is 12.7x the size of China, and 38.9x as awesome!
Another point of contention - Bears (all varieties)are know for their love of flags, as shown in the picture, but also well known for their hatred of hats. The idea of a Russian bear wearing a Russian hat may be amusing, but is completely off.
